The Methow Valley Spring 2013 first report is out. Looking at March 2013 we do not see much surprising as the real estate sales and pending sales are increasing. What is surprising is the slight increase in inventory. One might expect new listings increases to be significant with the North Cascades opening in just a few short days, (for the full report checkout the Washington Department of Transportation at http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/passes/northcascades). We can monitor the new listings category next month to see if there is a spike in inventory for new listings in the April 2013 report.
The table below summarizes the report and is based on information provided by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. (Statistics not compiled or published by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service).
